All orders are dispatched as soon as possible, the majority of our orders reach their destinations on the next working day if orders are placed before 11am, however, please allow 28 days. If you need to confirm a certain delivery date please check before ordering on 01584 861223. All orders are sent by overnight carrier service (UK. only).Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are based on £10.00 per item relate to UK Mainland.N.B. Delivery charges related to Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Western Islands, Shetlands and Northern Ireland are considered to be Overseas Orders.

Returns
If you are not happy for any reason please let us know within 3 days and return the goods to us, unused, and in the original packaging for a replacement or refund. All postage and packing charges are non-refundable and payable by customer.
Cancellations
Any order placed may be cancelled within 24 hours by email or telephone and a refund given. In the event of goods being dispatched inadvertently within this time, goods should be returned unopened and refund including postage costs will be made upon receipt of unopened, undamaged goods
